Shipping Policy

We offer trackable shipping worldwide.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after the order has been placed.

During busy periods, product drops, holidays or high demand, processing may take slightly longer. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive your tracking information by email.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, international shipping usually takes:

International Shipping: approximately 4–12 business days

These are the usual delivery times for most orders. However, shipping delays may occasionally happen due to courier delays, customs processing, busy periods, holidays or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the delivery status of your package.

Please note that tracking updates may sometimes take a few days to appear after the package has been shipped.

Customs, Duties and Import Fees

We cover customs duties and taxes for orders shipped to the following destinations:

European Union, Norway, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia.

For shipments to other countries, customs duties, taxes or additional import fees may occasionally apply. In those cases, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable charges required for delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, CJFits is not responsible for the failed delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice a mistake in your shipping address.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not picked up or accepted by the customer and is returned or held by the courier, we cannot guarantee a refund.

Re-delivery may only be possible if the courier offers this option. Any extra costs related to re-delivery are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivered Packages

If the tracking information shows that a package has been delivered, we cannot provide a refund or replacement.

CJFits is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
