Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.

If your return does not meet these requirements, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.

All return requests must be submitted by email within 14 days of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, the return window will be closed and the request will no longer be eligible.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return instructions and the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return has been shipped, please email us the tracking number and shipping carrier. This allows us to monitor the return and process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return process, including return shipping costs and any possible customs duties or fees. If customs duties or extra fees are required before we can receive or process the return, the customer is responsible for covering these costs.

Final Sale Products

Products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at cjfitsclo@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification.

As stated above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take extra time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

For orders with special offers, such as “Buy 2, Get 1 Free,” complimentary items are non-refundable. If you return any purchased items from this type of offer, all associated complimentary items must also be returned.
